Enrollment is free of cost. You can enroll for Aadhaar at any Aadhaar Enrollment Center in the country. To enroll you are required to visit an Enrollment Center. At the center fill and submit the Enrollment Form (which asks for minimal demographic information such as name, age/Dob, gender, address, mobile number and email), get your Bio metric data captured and submit the requisite documents. The bio metric data comprises of facial photograph+ ten fingerprints + two iris scans.

Child Enrollment : Children between zero to five (0-5) years can also get enrolled.

Note: All States and Union Territories except Assam and Meghalay are covered by UIDAI. Assam and Meghalay are under National Population Registrar(NPR). The residents of these states can visit following website.

Retrieve your Enrolment ID orAadhaar 
You have lost your Enrolment Slip or Aadhaar letter. You can retrieve the same here.

Aadhaar Status
You have enroled. You can now check if your Aadhaar is generated.

Download Aadhaar
Download an electronic version of your Aadhaar by giving your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID (found on the Enrolment slip given to you at the time of enrolment). Downloaded Aadhaar is as valid as the original Aadhaar letter.

Get Aadhaar on Mobile
Receive your Aadhaar on your registered mobile number by giving Enrolment ID (found on theEnrolment slip given to you at the time of enrolment).
